Manufacturing software that follows the job from first request through production and delivery.
Fabrication shops do not need another generic CRM with a manufacturing label placed on top. ForgeFlow is designed around the actual sequence of receiving work, understanding what has to be made, creating a quote, converting that work into production, and keeping the job together through delivery.
What ForgeFlow is built to handle
A workflow people can understand
RFQ → Quote → Job → Production → Shipping
Quoting without turning every estimator into a spreadsheet engineer
ForgeFlow is moving toward a simpler quoting model that captures the drivers that actually matter: material, machine/process time, forming, welding, outside services, assembly, and target margin. The goal is repeatability—so quoting knowledge can become a company process instead of living in one person’s head.
Drawing intelligence, with the source visible
The planned Drawing Assistant is designed to inspect PDFs, DXFs, and STEP files, identify quote-driving requirements, cross-check drawing information against CAD, and turn those findings into material and routing inputs. AI findings should point back to the evidence so estimators can verify rather than blindly trust them.
Who it is for
Metal fabrication shops, laser cutting operations, sheet-metal job shops, welding/fabrication companies, and manufacturers that quote custom work and need one operational system instead of disconnected spreadsheets, folders, and point solutions.
